Great article Asma. I love the idea that tech teams play a more forward role in scoping & planning, and defining WoW, instead of relying on others who are often at "arms length" to do so. Really goes to Slalom core values "Drive Connection" and "Take Ownership".

One way to achieve this - the most performant team I was in (in industry) rebooted with a 1-day session setting their WoW, including ticketing standards, processes, and team values. It gave the team a sense of ownership, ensured we all understood how we wanted to work, and what we cared about.
